Shipping Policy

Orders that are in stock will ship within 7 business days of a completed transaction. Many of our pieces, however, are made to order. In this case, please allow a shipping timeframe of 4-6 weeks. Sometimes, orders may take longer than expected. If so, we will contact you in a timely manner and sort out a reasonable timeframe for you to receive your order. If we are unable to agree on a reasonable timeframe, we will give the possibility of either an exchange for something that is in stock or a refund. It is also important to keep in mind that Italian Jewelry of America Inc and/or ZYDO S.R.L. sells across multiple platforms such as the online store at zydo.com, trade shows, and third party retailers. For this reason, it is possible, however highly unlikely, that slight shipping delays can occur. If you are ever concerned about the stocking status of a particular piece, contact us and we will clear up any questions you might have.

All shipments are completely free of charge. Zydo.com ships exclusively in the United States with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, EMS, TNT, and the USPS. Choice of carrier is based on where the package is going and how large it is.

Everything that leaves our store is fully insured against shipping loss, theft, and damage during transit. All of our packages are insured by an independent third party insurance company. Some items may exceed the limits of the insurance policy. In such cases, we will use armored services such as Brinks, Malca Amit, and Ferrari Express to get the package safely delivered to you on time and in immaculate condition. 

Please note that due to the nature of our products and their value, every single one of the packages we send out will need an adult signature at the time of delivery. For insurance reasons, we are not able to ship our products if there is not an adult available to sign for the package upon delivery. You should indicate a shipping address where you are likely to be found, including all the necessary details.
